TERMS OF SERVICE

Last Updated: August 6, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of this website, its content, and any products or services offered through it (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing, browsing, creating an account, submitting an order, or purchasing from the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access the Site, submit an order, or purchase any product.

1. Laboratory Research Use Only

All products offered through the Site are sold strictly for legitimate laboratory research, analytical testing, and related non-clinical research purposes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, products offered through the Site are:

  • Not approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration

  • Not intended for human consumption or administration

  • Not intended for animal consumption or administration

  • Not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices

  • Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition

  • Not intended for household, therapeutic, recreational, agricultural, veterinary, or personal use

Products must not be introduced into the human or animal body by injection, ingestion, inhalation, topical application, implantation, or any other method.

Products must not be used in clinical trials, consumer products, compounded preparations, foods, drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or veterinary products without all legally required approvals, licensing, oversight, and written authorization.

Any use of a product outside its stated research purpose constitutes misuse.

2. No Medical, Pharmaceutical, Veterinary, or Legal Advice

Nothing presented on the Site constitutes medical, health, pharmaceutical, veterinary, scientific, regulatory, or legal advice.

Product names, descriptions, research references, educational materials, diagrams, photographs, test reports, and other information are provided solely for general informational and research-identification purposes.

Information on the Site must not be relied upon to make decisions regarding:

  • Medical treatment

  • Dosage or administration

  • Disease prevention

  • Human or animal experimentation

  • Compounding

  • Clinical care

  • Regulatory compliance

  • Legal compliance

Purchasers are responsible for obtaining advice from appropriately qualified professionals before conducting any research or handling any product.

3. Qualified Purchasers

By accessing the Site or purchasing a product, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction

  • You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms

  • You are purchasing solely for legitimate laboratory research or analytical purposes

  • You have sufficient knowledge, training, equipment, facilities, supervision, and safety procedures to handle the products

  • You understand that the products may be experimental and potentially hazardous

  • You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, licenses, permits, and institutional requirements

  • You will not use any product in or on a human or animal

  • You will not purchase a product on behalf of an unqualified person

  • You will not provide false or misleading information concerning your identity, qualifications, intended use, or jurisdiction

The company may decline, cancel, or limit any order at its discretion, including when it suspects improper use, unlawful activity, resale, misrepresentation, or regulatory risk.

4. Third-Party Manufacturing and Product Sourcing

The company does not manufacture, synthesize, compound, or independently produce the products offered through the Site.

Products are sourced from independent third-party suppliers, manufacturers, laboratories, distributors, or other commercial sources. Some products or product components may originate outside the United States.

The presence of the company’s name, logo, label, packaging, or other branding on a vial, container, package, or accompanying material does not mean that the company manufactured, synthesized, compounded, formulated, or invented the product.

Company branding identifies the company as the seller, reseller, or distributor of the product only.

The company does not claim ownership of any underlying chemical compound, active ingredient, manufacturing process, formulation, invention, patent, scientific discovery, or third-party intellectual property associated with a product.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:

  • The company does not directly control or supervise third-party manufacturing

  • Product information may be based on information supplied by third-party manufacturers, suppliers, laboratories, or testing providers

  • The company does not guarantee that every batch was manufactured by the same facility, method, or supplier

  • Packaging and labeling may be applied by the company or by a third party after manufacturing

  • A company label does not constitute a representation that the product was manufactured by the company

By purchasing, the purchaser acknowledges that the company acts as a reseller or distributor and is not the original manufacturer.

5. Product Information and Testing

The company attempts to provide product descriptions and labeling that are reasonably accurate. However, product information may be supplied by third-party manufacturers, suppliers, laboratories, or testing providers.

Unless expressly guaranteed in a signed written agreement, the company does not warrant:

  • Exact purity

  • Exact potency

  • Exact concentration

  • Exact composition

  • Sterility

  • Endotoxin levels

  • Stability

  • Shelf life

  • Suitability for a particular experiment

  • Absence of impurities, degradation, contamination, or variation

  • Consistency between different batches

  • Accuracy of third-party documentation

Any certificate of analysis, analytical result, chromatogram, laboratory report, or similar document applies only to the sample or batch identified in that document.

A test result does not establish that every vial, unit, shipment, or future batch will produce identical results.

The purchaser is responsible for independently verifying product identity, purity, concentration, suitability, and required handling conditions before use.

6. No Human or Animal Use

The purchaser must not:

  • Inject, ingest, inhale, implant, absorb, or otherwise administer any product

  • Apply any product to human or animal skin

  • Use any product for bodybuilding, weight loss, performance enhancement, anti-aging, cosmetic, therapeutic, or recreational purposes

  • Use any product to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent disease

  • Provide any product to another person for personal use

  • Represent any product as safe or approved for human or animal use

The company reserves the right to reject or cancel orders associated with suspected human or animal use.

Statements made by customers, affiliates, reviewers, social media users, or unrelated third parties do not represent the company’s authorized intended use.

7. Assumption of Risk

Research materials may be experimental, unstable, toxic, irritating, allergenic, corrosive, biologically active, contaminated, mislabeled, degraded, or otherwise hazardous.

Risks may include:

  • Chemical exposure

  • Toxicity

  • Allergic reactions

  • Contamination

  • Fire or environmental hazards

  • Property damage

  • Bodily injury

  • Death

  • Regulatory or legal consequences

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the purchaser assumes all risks associated with the possession, storage, transport, testing, handling, disposal, use, or misuse of the products.

The purchaser is responsible for reviewing appropriate safety information, using suitable protective equipment, maintaining secure facilities, and following lawful disposal procedures.

8. Compliance With Laws

The purchaser is solely responsible for determining whether a product may lawfully be purchased, imported, possessed, transported, stored, tested, used, transferred, or disposed of in the purchaser’s jurisdiction.

The company does not represent that any product is legal or permitted in every city, state, territory, country, institution, laboratory, or research setting.

The purchaser is responsible for complying with all applicable:

  • Federal laws and regulations

  • State and local laws

  • Customs and import requirements

  • Export controls

  • Controlled-substance laws

  • Environmental regulations

  • Workplace safety requirements

  • Institutional research requirements

  • Licensing and permitting obligations

The company may cooperate with lawful requests from courts, regulators, law-enforcement agencies, payment processors, shipping carriers, or other authorized entities.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Site or its products to:

  • Violate any law or regulation

  • Facilitate human or animal use

  • Misrepresent a product as approved for medical, therapeutic, dietary, veterinary, or cosmetic use

  • Produce, compound, package, or sell consumer products

  • Engage in fraud, deceptive advertising, or intellectual-property infringement

  • Circumvent purchasing restrictions

  • Submit false identification, billing, shipping, or qualification information

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Site

  • Copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit Site content without authorization

The company may suspend access, cancel orders, refuse service, or report suspected unlawful activity when reasonably appropriate.

10. Resale, Redistribution, and Relabeling

Products may not be resold, redistributed, transferred, relabeled, repackaged, incorporated into another product, or commercially marketed without the company’s prior written authorization.

No purchaser may remove or alter warnings, lot information, product-identification information, or research-use restrictions.

Authorization from the company does not relieve the purchaser of any legal, licensing, labeling, testing, or regulatory obligation.

11. Orders and Acceptance

An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order.

The company may refuse, limit, hold, or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Product availability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraud

  • Payment issues

  • Regulatory concerns

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Suspected human or animal use

  • Suspected resale or redistribution

  • Incomplete or inaccurate purchaser information

If a paid order is canceled before shipment, the company will generally issue a refund to the original payment method, subject to payment-processor limitations.

12. Pricing and Payment

Prices, promotions, availability, and product descriptions may change without notice.

The purchaser is responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, bank fees, payment-processor fees, and other charges associated with an order.

The company may correct pricing, inventory, or description errors and may cancel affected orders.

13. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Due to the nature of research products, all sales are final except as expressly provided in this section or as otherwise required by law.

A replacement, store credit, or refund may be considered when:

  • The wrong product was shipped

  • A product arrived materially damaged

  • The shipment was missing an item

  • The product materially differed from the product ordered

The purchaser must contact the company within the time period stated in the posted return or shipping policy and provide requested photographs, packaging information, lot information, and order details.

Refunds or replacements are generally not provided for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Accidental orders

  • Improper storage

  • Improper handling

  • Improper reconstitution

  • Use outside stated research purposes

  • Damage occurring after delivery

  • Failure to understand the product’s research-only status

  • Disposal or destruction of the product before the company can review the claim

  • Variation that falls within stated product or testing limitations

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer right provided by applicable law.

14. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Shipping dates and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

The company is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Weather

  • Customs

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Natural disasters

  • Government action

  • Labor disruptions

  • Security screening

  • Events outside the company’s reasonable control

The purchaser is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

To the extent permitted by law, risk of loss transfers to the purchaser when the shipment is delivered to the address provided or otherwise completed according to the carrier’s tracking information.

The company is not responsible for theft, loss, temperature exposure, mishandling, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery.

Customs seizure, import refusal, or regulatory detention may not qualify for a refund when the purchaser was responsible for determining local legality.

15. Storage and Handling

The purchaser is responsible for researching and following suitable storage, handling, security, and disposal procedures.

Any storage information supplied by the company is general information only and does not replace independent laboratory judgment, manufacturer instructions, safety data, or professional guidance.

The company is not responsible for degradation, contamination, or loss caused by improper storage, handling, transport, reconstitution, exposure, or disposal.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and all products are provided “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.”

The company disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

  • Accuracy

  • Completeness

  • Reliability

  • Purity

  • Potency

  • Sterility

  • Stability

  • Safety

  • Suitability

  • Regulatory status

The company does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, exclusions apply only to the extent legally permitted.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the company and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, laboratories, manufacturers, and distributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages.

This includes damages arising from:

  • Use or misuse of a product

  • Human or animal administration

  • Storage or handling

  • Shipping or transportation

  • Product degradation or contamination

  • Reliance on product information

  • Loss of data, profits, revenue, research, or opportunity

  • Regulatory action

  • Legal consequences

  • Third-party claims

  • Inability to access the Site

  • Inability to use a product

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the company’s total liability relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount actually paid to the company for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

18. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the company and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, laboratories, manufacturers, and distributors from claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of a product

  • Human or animal use

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of applicable law

  • Your resale, redistribution, relabeling, or transfer of a product

  • Your representations or advertising concerning a product

  • Injury or damage caused by your conduct

  • False or misleading information provided by you

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.

19. Intellectual Property

The company’s name, logo, website design, original text, graphics, photographs, packaging designs, and other original Site content are owned by or licensed to the company.

No Site content may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, distributed, displayed, sold, or commercially used without prior written authorization.

Company branding does not establish ownership of third-party chemical compounds, generic product names, scientific terminology, patents, trademarks, formulations, or manufacturing processes.

All third-party trademarks, product names, research terms, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Reference to a third-party product, compound, company, or trademark does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, authorization, or approval.

20. Third-Party Content and Links

The Site may contain links, references, reviews, research materials, or content originating from third parties.

The company does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, statements, products, services, claims, privacy practices, or content.

Third-party content does not constitute an endorsement or warranty.

21. Account and Site Security

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You must promptly notify the company of suspected unauthorized access.

You may not attempt to disrupt, damage, reverse engineer, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or its data.

22. Privacy

Use of the Site is also subject to the company’s Privacy Policy.

By using the Site, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of information as described in that policy.

23. Electronic Communications

By contacting the company, creating an account, or placing an order, you consent to receive transactional electronic communications relating to orders, accounts, payments, shipping, safety notices, and legal updates.

Marketing communications may be subject to separate consent and opt-out rights.

24. Changes to These Terms

The company may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms become effective when posted on the Site unless a later date is stated.

Continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

The version in effect at the time of an order will generally govern that order.

25. Suspension and Termination

The company may suspend or terminate Site access, cancel an account, or refuse service when it reasonably believes a user has:

  • Violated these Terms

  • Violated applicable law

  • Misused a product

  • Misrepresented qualifications or intended use

  • Engaged in fraud or abuse

  • Created a safety, legal, financial, or regulatory risk

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

26. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the company is legally organized or principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in that state, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Before publishing these Terms, the company should replace this section with its specific state and county.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

28. No Waiver

Failure by the company to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.

29. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the purchaser and the company concerning use of the Site and purchase of products.
