Due to the specialized nature of our products and their intended use for laboratory research purposes only, all sales are considered final.

By placing an order on this website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund & Return Policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances once an order has been placed and processed.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • Ordering the wrong quantity

  • Failure to read product descriptions

  • Improper storage or handling

  • Inability to use the product

  • Changed mind after purchase

  • Third-party advice or opinions

2. Limited Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Products Only

Refunds or replacements will be considered only if:

  • The product arrives damaged, leaking, or materially defective, AND

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery, AND

  • You provide clear photographic or video evidence of the issue

We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet these requirements.

3. No Returns of Opened Products

For safety, compliance, and contamination concerns:

  • Opened products are not eligible for return or refund

  • Products that have been tampered with or altered are ineligible

  • We will not accept any product back once shipped

4. No Chargeback Abuse

By purchasing from this site, you agree that:

  • Filing a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes fraudulent activity

  • We reserve the right to submit all documentation, communications, and policies to payment processors

  • Abusive chargebacks may result in permanent account bans and potential legal action

5. Shipping & Carrier Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but claimed missing

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs

  • Seized or refused shipments

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Once an order is shipped, risk of loss transfers to the purchaser.

6. Processing of Approved Claims

If a claim is approved, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Issue a replacement product

  • Issue store credit

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

The method of resolution is determined by us, not the customer.

7. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we detect:

  • Repeated refund requests

  • Abuse of policies

  • False claims

  • Suspicious activity

8. Policy Acceptance

By completing a purchase on this site, you confirm that you:

  • Accept that all sales are final

  • Waive the right to dispute based on dissatisfaction alone
